These synthetic quills are made of thin tapered vinyl from a point to 3mm wide with a black edging strip that forms the rib. Perfect Quills form realistic and sturdy bodies on all kinds of flies including nymphs, dries and scuds. Add UV resin or varnish over the quills to make them virtually indestructible.
