The Salmon River is a little more off color this morning with about a 1 to 1-1/2ft  visibility.

If you are going to fly fish, big and dark will probably work best. Blacks, purple,blue and green would be my color choices with some copper or gold flash. The same colors on lures and corkies with bait. The temperatures should be below freezing up high about every other day starting tonight then dropping next week consistently after Saturday for a few days. Expect the river to be clearer in the mornings and more off color in the late afternoon, So hit it early!
