Fishing for Steelhead on the Salmon River was fair over the weekend. Water temperatures remained about the same, 36 degrees or so, but the water was mostly clear around Challis, and muddier the further down river you went. On a good note, the ice jam receded downriver and is just above Deadwater itself. Hoping it will be out by the end of the week.Weekly Summary Report (3-05-2017)

Currently, the Salmon River is flowing at 528 cfs at Clayton and 1,360 cfs at the town of  Salmon.
